Bordeaux RedWine AOC
(Appellation of ControlledOrigin)
Chateau Montaunoir 2018
A well-structured wine decidedly revealing soft notes of ripe dark berry fruits with a hint of spices. Supple on the attack, the palate is consistent, full-bodied as well as fleshy. Its taste develops smoothly in the mouth, thanks to round tannins. Already a very well-balanced Bordeaux. 2018-2022.
Best served with meats and cheese at room temperature or slightly chilled.
Our suggestion: braised leg of lamb with onions, pork tenderloin with maple syrup, duck breast...

Chateau Grand Picquecaillou 2018
An intense wine with ripe tannins, both rich and well-rounded. Black fruits prevail and the aromatic palette is completed by liquorice notes, typical of the Picque-Caillou wines.
Best served with game, red meats and cheeses at room temperature.
Our suggestion: breaded camembert served with a generous lettuce heart, braised tournedos...
